This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10843)

Start facing the front with the right foot first:

Repeat again right or start on the left

* On the front kick, turn the foot out, settting yourself up for the side kick.

** The side kick is to the front of the room

*** One jack to the side, one to the front
Now you are ready to go again either left or right
