A neat cue for jumps

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10862)

An idea that I use in my class often for jumps is to make it 3 levels. I use the cues 20%, 50% and 100%. If the cue is 20% they are just a little bit off their seat I say as a cue "I should not be able to see any space between your seat and your bottom." For the 50% they are a little bit off their seat "I should be able to see a little white space." For 100% it is a vertical jog. I do all three of these until they really get the feel for the movement then I change it and go to 20% then touch down for a moment and back up to 20%. My cue is 20/down, 20/down, and so on. If they are doing it correctly then they will feel it in their abs after a few minutes of the drill.

I use this site all the time and I thought it was about time I gave back some ideas!
