Stomping Grapes

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 10876)

This is a deep end exercise. In a stomping grapevine motion, participants stomp lightly hands out of the water at wrist, I usually count down 25-35 seconds at each level. Second level is elbows out of the water (count down). Third level arms straight up (count down). I now use the terms bronze, silver, gold, with the upcoming olympics. Cue participants to take a deep breath at each level. Filling the lungs helps keep a float.
