Triple Knee Option with a Step Kick-Mambo Back

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10878)

Hi everyone - these combos can be given some intensity depending on class level. I included the options. The step is regular horizontal, but start facing the left corner....

Combo 1:

Now you should be on the opposite side and ready to repeat with the opposite leg leading.

Combo 2:

(You have just completed a right pivot from the previous combo....)

Repeat left lead.

Combo 3:

(You have just walked or hopped around the right end of bench)

The first combo is really the only new material with the option for the triple knee. All the rest you have probably heard. But it is a fun routine putting all 3 together.
