Double Elbow Strikes!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10890)

This is a cool combination that we did last night, and my class really enjoyed it. Start with a double back elbow strike and a left back kick left (strike on 1, kick on 3), then alternate with a double elbow strike again and a right back kick. After the class has repeated that several times, add to it, so here it goes:

Double back elbow strike + back kick left + punch right + front snap kick left.

Then, start it again with a back kick right, punch left, and front snap kick right.

To add a little challenge, turn on the punch, so the target stays in the same place, and the punch and front snap kick are facing the back of the class (where the double elbow strike and back kick hit). Then, start the second 8 counts with the double elbow strike, facing the back of the class and turn again to your right after the right back kick, and the punch and front snap kick will hit facing the front of the class.

Get it? It's fun, and you've got time to cue them which leg to back kick with during the double back elbow strike.
