From All Sides!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10896)

Combo One: Right foot forward

*This series is "self-reversing" - all right leads hit to front of room and all left leads hit to back of room.

Combo Two: Facing front

*Easy to cue - makes them move and WHEW!! Great series for right before peak heart rate check!

Combo Three: Facing front

Repeat left lead
