Kickin' Grapevine

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10897)

You can use this pattern with a BPM of 125 to 135. You want to start out slow and show the class the basic L-grapevine pattern. After the class learns the basic, start adding the kicks. Here is the breakdown.

8x jumping jacks and then do everything toward the left side of the room.

8x jumping jacks and then start over going to the right.
