Great Cardio Kickbox Class Idea

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10908)

Here is a great idea to spice up your kickboxing classes! It takes some prep time, but your class will be more motivated than ever. Here it is....

Use slower tempo songs for super hard squat, kick patterns, or push ups, faster songs for all arm work, and really fast songs for jump rope intervals. I GUARANTEE your class will LOVE it!

Here are the songs on my latest tape and the activity that goes along with them.....

This is just one idea. Use suggestions from your class, have them bring in tapes or CD's so you can make a tape of the music they pick!
