This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Hi guys..
I normally don't submit patterns because I normally come up
with weird and non sensical ones..anyways..
Face the front right corner of the room.
- Forward walk-4
- Squat right and left-8
- Walk back-4 (on the last 2 counts, turn to face the
front of the room)
- Forward run-4
- Right V..turn to the back of the room on the last 2 counts
and V on the left-8
- Run back-4
- Diamond forward-4
- In the front..4 alternate lunges and then 4 lunges on
the right-16
- Diamond back-4
- Single, single, double hamcurls-8
Now repeat everything on the back side, on the left.
