Blasted Ball Squats

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 10928)

Your class is in a standing position. Everyone has their own ball. Give your class all those tips before doing their squats.

Shoulders over the hips.
Knees over the heels etc.

Now get ready....holding onto the ball, squat to the floor and let the ball touch the floor. Then bring the body back to a standing position with good posture and reach to the ceiling with the ball.

Repeat this for a 16 count. Then after the 16 count start another 16 count with the ball on the floor. Bend those knees, elbows rest on the ball and pulse the lower half of the body towards the floor.

Pick up the ball and do it again. You can work your way down to a 8 count and then a 4 count and back up if you think the class can handle it.
