This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10945)

Warm Up

I do this several times to warm up the class and to get them accustomed to movement. My class loves it. They actually enjoy and look forward to it.

Then I do some grapevines and sidestep. Stretch....Here is the meat of my routine.

Repeat entire combo again
