"the Aerobic Maniac's" stuff

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10955)

I usually don't submit patterns very often..but I feel I need to do something to contribute. So..here goes..

Combination 1 (right lead) (32 counts)

32 counts- repeat left lead

Combination 2 (right lead) (32 counts)

32 counts - repeat left lead

Combination 3 (right lead) (32 counts)

32 counts - repeat left lead

* On the step touches on the first combo..you can make them an "L" step. (first touch with left foot is facing front, 2nd touch is with you facing the right side of room, 3rd touch is facing front again) Of course..just the oposite with the left lead.

** On the 2nd Heel Jack for low impact..you may just have them remain facing front instead of turning and going to the back wall

*** On the squat (for high impact) you may jump out in a "straddle position)

This is an easy and fun routine. You can make it as intense as you want or as soft as you want. Hope you can use it. If you have any questions...please don't hesitate to email me.
