High Intensity Step #3

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10947)

I've included a warmup with this routine. I've had a quite a few new steppers lately so I've included some moves in the warmup that will help them later on in class.

I think the up straddle down is also know as a T-step but I'm not sure. Step up right left, straddle down right left, come back up right left, etc.

The stomp is off the beat. It's stomp 2,3, stomp 5,6 shake shake.
