Heather's Lower Body Blaster (Standing Legs)

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10951)

Hi Everyone, this is my first submission, I started teaching about two months ago. I hope that you like it! I know that my class does. This is the standing portion of my Butt & Gutt class, you'll need a step with 2 risers on each side, a body bar and two sets of weights.

Additional tips:

One more thing, remember to change to amount of weights, reps and order you perform the exercises. This beats boardom and keeps muscles challeneged!!!!!
