This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10952)

Block 1

(repeat left lead)

Block 2

(repeat left)

Block 3

(repeat left)

Block 4

(repeat left)

Block 5

(Repeat left)

Block 6

(Repeat left)

* I call this a "stepping stone." Bicep curl arms.

** After the class is comfortable add a turn in the direction of the first double knee. It's a double right knee to the front, single knees left and right--turning right.

*** This can be changed to a single, single, one-legged hop turn
