Turn That Body, Baby!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11848)

Okay, this one alternates, so be prepared:

Step on count one with the right foot to the corner, do a crescent kick left, then follow with a round kick right, and now you should be facing the left side of the room. Then, do 2 right back elbow strikes, so that same front target gets hit with those. Now, you are still facing the quarter turn left. And so start with a step left, and then do a right crescent kick, follow with a left round kick (now you are facing forward again and follow with the two left back elbow strikes.)

In case the alternating becomes too difficult, just elbow right then left, and start it with a left crescent kick each time. It just kind of throws off that front target, because the left elbow strike would hit a target behind you. That's alright though--makes the combination easier to follow for your class.

The fun with this combo is getting that round kick to turn the body. Your class will enjoy the challenge of moving back and forth.
