Simple but HARD

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11849)

Begin with a jab with the right arm with the body facing the left (so you are sideways to the front.)

From there count three jabs and turn so you are now facing right but jabbing left.

So the pattern will sound like:

Jab, two, three turn (with right arm)

Jab, two, three turn (with left arm)


To make this into a higher impact move jump around lifting the legs with each turn. This will really get your heart rate going!

Simple but hard!
