Boxers FUNKY combo!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11853)

Boxer's stance - right foot forward...

Now you are on the left side and you can repeat it all again to the left


It is easier to break it into half time and then bring it up to tempo and can really raise their heart rates quickly!
