Stretches

Standing

Kneeling

Hands and Knees

Seated

Sidelying

Prone

Supine

This format is designed for a 30-45 minute class. Stretches can be repeated 2-4 times each depending on the duration of the class. All stretches should be held for at least 20-30 seconds. A strong pull is normal--pain is not.
