Fun fun Fun!!!!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 11872)

This is quite a simple routine but intensity can be increased or's fun!!!!

Repeat from the top facing the back of the room...

* Pivot turn.....step right, turn - 180 degree, step right, turn - 180 degree march on spot for 3

Of course you can swap the gallop for side steps, power squats for squats, cross country skiing for toe taps behind etc.... depending on class participants.
