Mobility/Pulse Raiser

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 11877)

Hello this is an easy, fun warm up that I think you will like!!!

Part 3

.... Twist body to right side, keeping the hips isolated and facing forward, using the erector spinae muscles to twist the body from the right side to the centre then to the left side and back to the center.
