Mobility/Pulse Raiser
This is a
Warmup pattern from

Hello this is an easy, fun warm up that I think you will
like!!!
Part 1
- Marching forward (4)
- Heel/toe (right leg)(8)
- Marching backwards (4)
- Heel/toe (left leg)(4)
Part 2
- Step touch with shoulder lifts (16)
- Knee lifts - alternate legs (16)
Repeat Part 1 and 2
Part 3
- Transfer of weight- alternating from right to left (8)
- ....Spine twists x4
.... Twist body to right side, keeping the hips isolated and
facing forward, using the erector spinae muscles to twist the
body from the right side to the centre then to the left side
and back to the center.
I hope this comes in useful for some of you. Let me know if
