Twice the Fun

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 11883)

This is a pretty easy workout to follow. This class can either be continuous or if you really work them hard, take a one minute break in between drills. The whole idea is to do two minute drills. Do various drills which include the following: jumps, sprints, climps (seated and standing), runs, squats or any other drills you can think of or combine.
