Combo One
- Jump shot 4x's (exit end)
- 4 Jump squats to the front
- 4 Jump squats face (face end of step)
- Run basic 2x's
- Run across step into straddle
- Straddle run moving back to end (12 counts)
- Turnstep 2x's
- 3 Knee repeater
- Alternating kicks 2x's
Combo Two
- Charleston 4x's
- Run around the bench
- L-step 3 times
Combo Three
- Half L-step exit end into grapevine
- Three jacks
- Shuffle back to opposite end of step
- Jump shot 4 times
Combo Four
- Offside Kick***(8)
- Pivot over the top (back to home side of step)(4)
- Plunge *** 6 times hold 4 counts (foot stays up on top
of step)
- Kick the corner
***Offside Kick (right lead) Knee lift exit left end with
side kick, then immedialtly knee lift exit front of step with
knee lift and another side kick then leave foot on top of
step and pivot over the top. Upon landing, immediately go into
plunge *** motion which consists of leaving one leg on top
of step and with great propulsion turn and face other
direction, the opposite leg will then be on top of the step
and this is repeated for a count of 12 then hold that leg up
there and pivot to go to the other side!!!
This is fairly basic, but then when we have learned it or
just seem full of energy we will place two steps side by
side -- and do the whole thing with a huge amont of power. Have
