This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11898)

***Offside Kick (right lead) Knee lift exit left end with side kick, then immedialtly knee lift exit front of step with knee lift and another side kick then leave foot on top of step and pivot over the top. Upon landing, immediately go into plunge *** motion which consists of leaving one leg on top of step and with great propulsion turn and face other direction, the opposite leg will then be on top of the step and this is repeated for a count of 12 then hold that leg up there and pivot to go to the other side!!!

This is fairly basic, but then when we have learned it or just seem full of energy we will place two steps side by side -- and do the whole thing with a huge amont of power. Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!
