Easy High Intensity

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11905)

My class has enjoyed these combos several times... I hope you do also. I don't remember who this first combo is from, but thank you to whomever I borrowed it from! All the combos self-reverse.

*** Like a split basic, only you double lunge with the same leg. Step up left, double lunge the left leg and step down with the left foot.
