Step kick cross back

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11911)

Seems like a lot, but it's not, just read on and have fun! With one side of body facing front (I usually start right lead):

Total 8 counts
Variation: make the last punch (jab) two quick jabs

Leg work:
stand with feet wide, right side of body facing front

Now put the two together: ( I say )
"step, kick, cross back, knee/kick and set it up" (8 counts)

Now put everything together:

Now add on to transition:
