Jab Around the Clock

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11922)

Right leg lead.

Do this 4 times so they can count with you and get the hang of it. You can add a double jab to increase the intensity.

Change lead leg and go counter clockwise
Left leg lead

and repeat going back.
