Water aerobics
Shallow water

Tape: Have lifeguard help get that set up for you
Equipment: barbells, wave webs, and noodles (if there's time)

General format: I try and do each move for at least 30 seconds

Basic warm-up

Advance warm-up


Make a circle


Sprints (width of pool)

Dumb bells: deep-end

Crunches (all 30 seconds or so)

Wall work using noodles

Cool down
