Kill em' with squats!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11945)

The basic pattern is really easy, what you add in between is where the fun begins!

I start facing the left side of the room in a boxer's stance. Double jab with the right arm, then cross with the left. Finish the upper body with one more jab right. After the last jab I start the entire combo off with just one squat. So the combo goes: Jab(1), Jab(2), Cross(3), Jab(4), Squat(5,6,7,8).

After repeating this sequence 8 times, I add on a right knee after the squat - this will make the squat 5,6 and the knee lift 7,8. After repeating this sequence, I change the knee lift to a right side kick. The class enjoys repeating the sequence and they can really work on punches and kicks. It's as tough as you want to make it depending on you, the instructor, music, etc.
