Combination 2 Leg Ready, Balanced Routine

Counts, lead leg, move, direction, travel

* single curl, double knee lift, single curl ~ with directional turns

Combination 3 Leg Ready, Balanced Routine

This routine is best taught to uplifting house and techno club tunes around 136-150bpm. I guarantee that when the beats kick in and your participants have mastered the moves, the feel good factor will be in abundance within your studio!
