Cardio Boxing with gloves and bag

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11955)

I sometimes divide the class into small groups (3 to 5 people) and have each group line up behind a bag. Then in round robin fashion we go through drills. One drill may be 3 jabs, 1 cross, 1 front round kick. Then the next person in line would go, ect. Then once the bag is moved across the floor or we have done serveral sets on the one side we will go the other direction leading with the opposite side. You can do any combination with drills and it really gets the heart rate up and is a lot of fun.
