Intense arms on /off the bag

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11957)

I do these arm combos on a heavy bag but they can be done without one also.

Begin with right foot forward and left foot back

Throw a double jab with right & add a left cross
(double jab cross) I usually cue jab-jab-cross 2-3 sets of 8

Follow that with a double hook on right with a left uppercut
(double hook-uppercut) I usually cue hook-hook-up 2-3 set of 8

The last combo on that side will be a jab with a back fist (right arm only) my students love this move!!
(jab-backfist-jab-backfist-jab-backfist-jab-backfist) 2-3 sets of 8

Bob & weave to other side & repeat with a left lead leg

These are excellent combos for every part of the arm/shoulder. Enjoy and thanks for all the great ideas.
