Boxing Interval

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11961)

This class is taught using stations. I use a couple of stand up bags, with gloves, target mits, jump ropes, medicine balls and aerobic benches. You can set up as many or as few stations as you like.

The stations are timed, anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, done twice, switching partners if necessary.

Then when the whistle is blown, the partners move to the next station. Abs are done at the end.

There is a lot of variety that can be added with this, and I change the class up all three days of the week. Sometimes in the middle of each set of stations, we do push-ups etc, run laps, or you name it.

This class is for all levels. I've kicked grown men's butts and teens too. It is a great overall body workout. Just use your imagination!!
