This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11967)

Begin facing left in horse stance.

2 Right jabs to front (1-2) 1 counter jab (3-4) 2 side kicks (5-8)

After completing 8 sets in this position; PIVOT and do one set, continue with pivot and a set. You will achieve 4 sets; end up back to starting position. Do 8 jumping jacks. Go to the left and (repeat) battle-you are at war; have fun!!

This is such a fun combo and killer cardio; I always tell my class we are in battle do not give up!!
