Step right up

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11971)

Repeat other side

Repeat other side

I let the class choose whatever sort of lifts they want to use for this combo from the following: knee, outer thigh, inner thigh, hamstring curl/ kick, gluteal lift

Repeat other side

Then repeat all the combos through from 1-5 and repeat them all again with a left lead.

*Stepover - simply step all the way over the step without touching it.

**Funky V - (1-2) Step up wide, (3-4) Step feet together (5) Tap right foot down to floor, (6) Lift right knee, (7-8) Exit. Another option is - (1-2) Step up wide, (3-5) Jump feet together, apart, together, (6) Lift right knee, (7-8) Exit

***Kriss Kross - (1-2) Step up right and lift left knee, (3-4) Step down to left side of step and lift right knee, (5-6) Step right foot over left on the floor and lift left knee, (7-8) Step left foot to side and lift right knee

****Swing hop - (1-2) Step up right and lift left leg up to side and hop, (3-4) Swing right foot out to side and hop on the left leg, (5-6) Swing left leg out to side and hop on right leg, (7-8) Exit
