Moving Crosscountry

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 11981)

Hi...looks like we need more Aquatic patterns!

Facing shallow end about mid-chest deep with music mid-tempo:

After they get the hang of that, add tri-directional movement:

Right corner of shallow end, center and left corner of shallow end

Now change the interval for each crosscountry segment:

It took about 15 minutes to teach this. When they got the hang of that, I had them do a 180 turn on the first jack. This had them facing the deep end. Again, we added the tri-directional movement towards the right corner of the deep end, center of the deep end and left corner of the deep end being careful not to go too deep, shoulder high. When we cycled thru the shallow and deep segments, we added a 1 minute interval of suspended crosscountrys in the shallow end. After 15 minutes of that...we were ready for bis and tris, abs and a good stretch! The class was worn out and ready for the toning segment!
