This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11983)

Combo 1

Repeat other side

You can play around with this combo by turning the 2nd side step and squat to face the back, whilst still travelling in the same direction, then turn back to the front again on calf raises.

Alternatively, you could keep it all facing the front and just do a full circle on the calf raises.

On the march and lunges I use the following arm combination: (1) right hand on left shoulder, (2) left hand on right shoulder, (3) both arms above head in a V shape, (4) clap arms above head, (5-8) roll the arms all the way down in front of the body

*Kriss Kross - (1) step to right, (2) lift left knee, (3) cross left foot over right, (4) lift right knee, (5) step to right, (6) lift left knee, (7-8) reverse mambo
