Pyramid push ups

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11665)

I learned this off another instructor but the class loves it and it really is a challenge.

I usually have all my students do these with their knees down (female style)

Start off with on pushup sit back and stretch arms up over head for one

Do 2 pushups and sit back for 2

Keep this all the way up to eight, then go back down to one.

By the end, my class is usually screaming.
