A Montain Climb

Hi, I want to thank everyone for their inputs. I do enjoy them and use them.... Just want to share the one I use for my class...

It is a montain climb..

It starts out with about light to medium tension.

You go 30 seconds seated, 30 seconds standing, making sure there is enouth tension for support.. then 30 seconds in third position, with hips way back, back flat, relaxed shoulder. Then back up to standing for another 30 seconds then they get to go back to the seat, but add some tension, and repeat.

I do this at 30 seconds three times. Then when tension is hard, I go for 60 seconds each position. Then if the class is able I hit the tension one more time, and repeat for 15 seconds each position. The music is just classic rock, about 3 to 4 songs... about a 15-18 minute climb...
