Enjoy Body Toning 1

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11675)

Hi everyone! This is the first-ever body sculpt combo I've submitted. Hope someone can use this.

Equipment needed- a step

Part 1 - step is horizontal

Stand on top of step:
Alternate lunges-right leg lunge of back of step and bring foot back onto step. Straight away lunge back with left leg. Each single lunge takes 2 counts to complete. Here goes....

Part 2 - again step horizontal

Standing on top of step:
Straight after part 1 - regular narrow ski squats.

(Part 2 sequence also works well doing wide plie squats on floor)

Part 3 - step horizontal, but turn to face right wall

Again on top of step: side squats i.e. put 1 leg on floor and squat, bring that leg on top and do a narrow squat, then change sides and take other leg down to opposite side and squat. These are quite quickly done-1 side squat and the squat on top take 2 counts. It is continuous.
