*To stay within AFAA guidelines, you may want to replace this with just an over-the-top, first two counts slow).

** Start with right foot (facing left with a side approach to bench), up/up straddle down/down (but go way back ***Similar to an A-step). Each time you go up/up take the toes up as far as you can on the bench. Each time you go straddle down/down go as far back as you can.
