Very fun and fast

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 11680)

64 Count self-reversing combination

Repeat all of the above, starting with walk forward on the left. The combo tends to move backwards a bit, so I have them move the knees forward.

**Walk backwards left, right, left, right knee up, right, left, right, left knee up, pause with the knee up before going into the hourglass. A really fun option is to do a half-hop turn to the right on the right knee so you are then walking toward the back wall, then half-hop turn left on the left knee so you face front again.

***V-step forward then V-step back (hourglass shape.) Instead of stepping in-in when finishing the V-step back, do a cha-cha-cha or triple step.

****2 Step touches to the right, sliding and dragging the left foot, arms are at a diagonal with the right arm up.
