This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11698)

Here's a 32 count self-reversing block that can be mid-high intensity depending on the options that are taken. Feel free to email me with any questions! Barbara

*Roundhouse: Step up right, side kick left (1,2), march 3 on floor (3,4,5), step down left on floor and side kick right (toward step) (6), step up onto bench right and left (7,8). Intensity option: 360 degree turn over left shoulder during three marches on floor (thus the name "roundhouse") returning to face west for last kick, then step up as above. Some people have a bit of trouble learning to step up up after the last kick so I say "step kick march march march kick UP UP" to try to be of help.

**Powertap: You are beginning from on top of bench. Level 1 just taps right foot 4 times to floor (8) then left (8). Level 2 can do a little power hop up when coming onto bench after each tap. Level 3 can jack down in a straddle and hop up again onto bench on the last of the 4 taps on each lead (3 taps, one jack for each side). Then onto lunges! Enjoy!
