Cardio Lunge Challenge

I teach a Cardio Circuit Challenge class and am always in search of good ideas. One that I use is to take the step and put it in a vertical position, so they can see their form in the mirrors. Begin pulsing for 8 squats on one side and then take a light hop over and pulse for 8 on the other side. I break it down then to 4 pulses then 2 and finally single lunges over and over and I usually do 4-6 sets. I also keep them lunging but do a quarter turn until we've gone all the way around. It's a good block of cardio that I usually keep going for about 5 minutes.
