Ride the pony

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11724)

Place the ball on the floor and face it. Carefully straddle the ball and lower yourself onto the ball. Keep your knees pointed to the floor and allow your lower legs to point behind you with some weight on the balls of your feet. You should look and feel like you are sitting on top of a horse. Don't let the class flex at the hip. Arms can rest on top of the ball or be at your hips.

- Just squeeze the inner thighs in and out. You can vary the speed, do pulses, or add an upper body rotation with each sqeeze. These are killer for the inner thighs because you are lifting your body weight off of the ball with each squeeze.
