This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 11725)

I can't take credit for this one. I got the great idea from a workshop at the YWCA in Vancouver

Choose 3-7 1 minute drills (depending on how long you'd like the workout to be)

For example drill 1 is standing climb, drill 2 seated sprint, drill 3 seated climb etc.
