Hey, how about that... it's a push-up variation!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11721)

I had almost given up on ever making push-ups more interesting, but I recently attended a hip-hop dance class where the instructor did this simple but tough variation. I brought it to my class, and got whoops and hollers (of pain!) from even the divas!

Repeat, but this time:

On the narrow-arm push-ups, experiment with bringing the elbows out to the side, or keeping them in by the sides of the body. I cue them to "point your elbows down, or point them to the side."
