This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 11736)

Hello friends! Thought some of you might teach senior classes as well...this one works great! Enjoy! : ) I use 138-145 bpms...

Repeat sequence moving back on the step touches

For the more coordinated seniors, I add a double curl on that last part (5-6-7-8) and start on the left foot. Some of them just can't think that fast, so I take them back to a march and add a tap to left foot. We repeat through the sequences many times once we get the steps, as repetition is good for memory. It takes several minutes to go through each side and I challenge them to remember what is next. Usually after about 5 or 6 times, they can do it without cues! (not that I recommend that...)

P.S. Elephant arm swings are just swinging both arms in front (across) the body at the same time.
