Never Enough Knees

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11738)

Horizontal bench

BEGIN with bench's short end to your RIGHT, so you can walk up and back and still reach the bench (I usually warm up with walking up and back and then tapping the short side of the bench to accustom them to the positioning)

Block 1:

Block 4:

REPEAT on RIGHT side of bench beginning with left foot
