Help! Looking For More Sport/Athletic Drills!

Hello everyone! I love this site and I've added and taken several ideas. However, I teach an athletic class and I'm needing new things to do because I'm getting BORED! I've tried almost every idea for athletic classes on this site and used all mine up so anyone please help! Thank you!=)

I don't really have a name for this pattern but what you would do is have the step board in front of you horizontally...the idea is to make a square with these moves on the floor around the board...

**Start with a 3 count shuffle to the right / run forward with a 3 or 4 count (whatever feels better) / do a karaoke to the left...that's shuffling one foot in front and behind the other while trying to keep the hips centered to the front / and then to finish the square you would 'pedal back' or run back with quick feet.

**8 Count Hit-ems...
