Advanced kickbox lesson

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11767)

I give you my best combos, this is really hard:

Repeat other side

change to:

Change to:

After that hold left foot back and make repeaters of "deep knee" as we call it. (move you body forwards, left knee come up, arms to knee) slow & double (2 times) change to the other side

Go to:

As often as you want

Then change to
only knee raise
change to
side knee 4x each side

and move
